 ①Use black structural glue to apply on the back panel (generally use large core board as the back panel)

 ②Paste the background wall on it

 ③In order to prevent the glass background wall from shifting before solidification, tape, top pressure and other auxiliary methods can be used to fix the position.

 ④The tape can be removed after the structural adhesive is completely solidified.

 Folding wooden frame fixing method

 It is often used for thin glass background walls with load-bearing surrounding wooden frames.

 In the production of background walls, construction and installation are relatively convenient. The specific operation methods are as follows:

 ① Divide the pattern on several pieces of glass, and add a wooden frame to each piece of glass

 ②When fixing, use the pull-up and lower-down method to fix the wooden frame in the designated position.

 Folding mirror nail fixation method

 It is mostly used for frameless art glass background walls, or thicker and heavier art glass background walls.

 This fixing method is more beautiful and has greater load-bearing capacity. It is suitable for fixing large areas and art glass background walls with thick glass. The specific operation method is as follows:

  ①The height and length of a single piece of glass are bounded by 1.5m. If it exceeds this limit, 3 mirror nail holes must be drilled in three equal parts in advance. If it does not exceed 1.5m, drill 2 mirror nail holes in advance.

 ② When fixing, drill nail holes on the backboard or wall in advance, put in the expansion tube, and then put the glass on the wall.

 ③Secure it with mirror nails and screws
